Missionary Biggest Loser #12--The Final Chapter

I write this final blog while rolling around in Polish donuts and enjoying the fulfillment of annihilating my nemesis and christian brother. BTW, you can read his last blog here. All that's left for me to do is to hand out a few "thank you's"

1.) I want to thank Ginger (my wife) for one Saturday morning in March when she looked at me and said "You know you've really gotten fat." Nothing like a little healthy candor in a marriage.

2.) I want to thank Matt Jones for being a great punching bag. . .ur. . .uh. . .I mean competitor.

3.) Finally, I want to thank my dad and my father in law. I'll be 30 years old this summer and together they have shown me that even when you are really, really, really, really old, and when I say old, I mean older than dirt old, yet you can still be healthy and without the use of "Fibercon."

June 21st/ Week #13: 236 lbs.

Mental State: Satisfied with a touch of gloating

Congratulations on your weight loss--I'm proud of you. Now the even tougher part...keeping it off...I know you can do it! What's that last comment about? "Did you learn that from your Grandmother"?? =-) BTW...I don't know who won yet, because Matt hasn't posted.

I write this with tear stained cheeks and continue to dab a tear or two away.....from the early days of cheating you in candy land bingo to the long lost days of male bonding as we bombed neighbors houses with illegal fireworks....I am a proud father....

Ginger was supposed to edit out the "did you get that from your grandma" part :) To everyone, it's been ten hours since victory but the Polish donuts are getting sweeter as the hours go by.

Sara,

Glad to provide a little amusement at the expense of my pride.
